Rhonda Antonelli

Rhonda Antonelli is a SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management-Senior Certified Professional), SHRM-California Law HR Specialty, and is the Human Resource Manager of Open Mountain Energy. Ms. Antonelli is a seasoned HR Professional with more than 16 years of experience in a wide variety of progressive HR roles, skilled in HR policies, employee training, employee relations and recruitment. Ms. Antonelli has served as a member of the Northern Nevada Human Resources Association and has been involved in a variety of community outreach programs. In earlier years, Ms. Antonelli attended Bowling Green State University in Ohio, before attending the University of Nevada Reno for Human Resources Management.
