Lai Dong is the CFO of Open Mountain Energy. Prior to Joining OME, Ms. Dong spent 14 years with CITIC Securities Co., Ltd as Executive Director of Investment Banking and Head of Equity Capital Markets. She also spent four years as Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Kaishan Investment Co., Ltd. Ms. Dong has a vast amount of experience in corporate financing, mergers and acquisitions, financial control, etc. in China. Ms. Dong holds both bachelor and master degrees in economics from Zhejiang University.
